Delivery Information

Thank you for making us your trusted partner in furnishing your home. 

We understand how stressful or exciting this journey of owning/furnishing your own home can be. Taking pride in focusing on our customers first, we aim to provide you a hassle-free experience when you shop with us.

Upon receiving your order, we will process your order within 1 to 3 working days. Delivery takes place to most part of Singapore, except for all restricted areas (e.g. Palau Ubin). All our products are packaged for safe transit, handled by professionals, and delivered through selected delivery partners. Delivery partners will typically send you an SMS notification to inform you that your order is out for delivery. Delivery takes place between 9am to 7pm. 

 

Failed Delivery

Our delivery partner will attempt delivery of your order as soon as your order is ready for delivery. The first delivery will be attempted without any pre-arranged schedule. If you are unable to receive your order during our first delivery attempt, our delivery partner will attempt a second delivery the next day. Should you require any assistance, do drop us a message.

In the event that your order cannot be delivered due to you not being contactable, your order will be held delivery will be re-attempted. There will be a delivery fee of $100 for delivery attempted after the 3rd attempt. If your order is unable to be delivered within this month, your order will be cancelled without refund.

Installation, Assembly and Disposal

We make special effort to ensure that your delivery is hassle-free and your order is delivered fully assembled. As such, your order will be delivered to you at your door, and does not include unpacking, installation or moving of items into any room into your home. It is the responsibility of our customers to ensure that the size of the item fits into lifts, through your doors, etc. Product dimensions are provided for all our items on our product page.

Should you require any installation service for shelves, etc., there will be a separate charge to be paid on the day of installation. To arrange for installation, drop us an email. Do contact us via WhatsApp or Telegram if you would like a faster reply.

Please note that we do not provide any disposal service of your old items.
