Warranty Cover

At IslanderFootprints, we understand the concern of shopping online. We would like to assure our customers that all our furniture products are covered under a 1 year limited warranty.

Warranty commences from the date of delivery as per our delivery partner's records. If an item is deemed defective during the warranty period, IslanderFootprints may decide to repair or replace at IslanderFootprint's sole discretion. For replacement, you may select an item in equal or lesser value to the original purchase price. There will not be any refund for item selected at a lesser value. Top-ups will be required if item selected exceeds the original purchase price.

Limitations & Exclusions

The warranty does not cover the following:

• Damage caused by using detergents, abrasives or other harsh cleaning agents.
• Damage caused by or defect as a consequence of negligence, misuse, accident, lack of proper care and/or maintenance, handling during transit and normal wear and tear. This includes but is not limited to burns, cuts, scratches or damage by/from pets. 
• Any product modification or incorrect product use by consumer or other parties not authorised by IslanderFootprints will void this Warranty. 
• Any item repaired or replaced under this limited Warranty will be covered by the limited Warranty for the remainder of the original warranty period only.
• Any repair to defect out of the warranty cover or warranty period will be borne by the customer.
• IslanderFootprints’s decision on all issues relating to complaints regarding defects, either of workmanship or materials, shall be final and conclusive. Any decision to repair or replacement shall be at IslanderFootprints’s sole discretion.
