We understand that there are times where we regret making an impulse buy and decide we have changed our mind. At IslanderFootprints, we offer a free 24 hours cancellation from the time you place your order. Free cancellation may be extended which is at the sole discretion of IslanderFootprints.

For Returns

A return request must be made within 7 days of the date you have received the item. To initiate this request, please contact us so that we can facilitate the return. Please note that the policy is subject to the conditions below:

• There is a 40% restocking fee charged per returned item; this fee is deducted from your refund.
• Items must be in new condition, unused and returned in its original packaging, which is designed carefully to avoid shipping damages. Customers are to photograph the items scheduled for return and the condition of the packaging before handing them over to our delivery partners.

 

For Refunds

A 40% restocking fee based on the original purchased value will be deducted from your refund. As such, you will be refunded the following: Purchase Price - Restocking Fee = Refunded Amount (S$). Please do note that the restocking fee will also apply if you wish to return the item(s) in order to place another order.

Refunds will be performed after we have collected and inspected the returned item. All refunds will take up to 14 business days to process and we will issue refunds in the form of a credit back to the original method of payment. The processing time for refund from bank will vary according to each bank's policy. However, IslanderFootprints reserves the rights to change the mode of refund.
